1. Consent of data processing

By marking the field "I accept Tvilo’s terms for communication" in Tvilo’s mobile app or on Tvilo.com, you accept, to receive communication (e-mails and messages in the mobile app and on Tvilo.com) from Tvilo Aps (”Tvilo”). It is required to accept this, to be able to create a Tvilo profile.

2. Sender

Tvilo ApS is the sender of all communication, you receive as the owner of a Tvilo profile. Tvilo ApS, CVR-nr. 38 19 16 59, Torvet 15, Forhuset, 4600 Køge, telefon 70 70 50 03, e-mail info@tvilo.com.

3. Types of personal data and purpose

Tvilo profiles

When creating a Tvilo profile, and by using Tvilo's mobile app and Tvilo.com, Tvilo requests to process and keep the following information.:

• Your e-mail address
• Your name
• Your gender

Beside this, you have the option to add/upload the following personal information, which will be processed by Tvilo:

• A picture of yourself
• Phonenumber
• All information you write, when adding content to your Tvilo profile
• Pictures and videos, you upload when adding content using Tvilo's mobile app
• Information written in comments to your own, and other users content
• Location data chosen or attached to content, added using Tvilo's mobile app

Profiles for children

When an existing Tvilo profile, creates a profile for a child, and the existing profile uses Tvilo's mobile app and Tvilo.com, Tvilo requests to process and keep the following information.:

• The name of the child
• The birtdate of the child
• The gender of the child
• The role the existing profile has in reference to the child

Beside this, you have the option to add/upload the following personal information for the child, which will be processed by Tvilo:

• Picture of the child
• Information you write when adding content for the child, using Tvilo mobile app, including the following.
  • Moments, favorite things, first time, galleries
  • Pregnancy, birth, height and weight, clothe sizes, teeth, vaccinations, childhood deseases
  • Events like Christmas, Easter, Newyears, Birthdays, Baby showers, Baptism, Halloween, Shrovetide, Holiday and travel
• Pictures and videos of the child, you upload when adding content using Tvilo's mobile app
• Information written in comments to your own, and other users content
• Location data chosen or attached to content, added using Tvilo's mobile app
• Name, gender and picture of family members related to the child, which are not created as a seperate Tvilo profile

Types and purpose

The purpose of the above personal information, is to create your profile and manage it using Tvilo's mobile apps and at Tvilo.com, where you and others can read each others content, and use the mobile apps functionality and communicate with eachother.
Communication between profiles that use Tvilo's services, is only performed after a mutual agreement has been created between the profiles, by both parties accepting an invite. Content created with other profiles children, can be accessed by thrid party profiles, which the profile does not have a mutual agreement with.
In case of abuse or misuse, Tvilo keeps your IP-address and the first 6 digits and the last 4 digets of your creditcard number, via the Nets approoved payment service Quickpay. Beside this, Tvilo maintains some information about your creditcard (never all info), so you can confirm the creditcard used for your subscription, is correct.
By paying with creditcard, your are redirected to QuickPay.dk’s payment service, which processes your payment data.
All informatios are treated in confidentiality in accordance with the Danish rules and laws about personaldata.

4. Receivers and processing parties of personal data

Your personal data is only processed by Tvilo, but the information your add when creating yourself and your children, can be accessed by other users of Tvilo's mobile apps, if a mutual agreement has been created between the profile, or if content is added to other profiles children. Information in comments to content, is shown to the profiles you are communicating with.

5. Access to insight, rectification, deletion, limitation or objection

You have the right to know which information, that is registed about you. At any time, you can object to the processing of your data. You also have the right to have any personaldata registed about you, not processed or deleted. If you wish to request a deletion or halt of data processing, of data which are required to maintain and profile and continue use of the mobile apps and Tvilo.com, by item 3. Tvilo cannot offer you access to Tvilo's mobile apps, or other services. Your profile and any children profiles your are the sole owner of, will in this case be deleted. By the General Data Protection Regulation there can be situations, where Tvilo is not committed to adhere to the above rights. If you wish; (1) insigt into your personal data registered by Tvilo (2) want the data deleted (3) to limit the processing of your personal data (4) have other objections, your must contatct Tvilo by e-mail at info@tvilo.com.

6. Dataportability

You have the right to receive or transfer your personal informaiton to another data

7. Withdrawal of concent

You can withdraw your concent at any time. This is done, by contacting Tvilo by e-mail at info@tvilo.com, or by deleting your Tvilo profile.

8. Duration or data storage

If you have a profile without membership, and have not been logged in within 6 months, your profile, and any personal informations will be deleted. If you delete your profile, your personal information will deleted with in 48 hours.
